Dances of all genres:

• Gold                                                80% and Above
• Silver                                               70% to 79%
• Bronze                                             60% to 69%
• Certificate of Participation                   59% and below

Dance music of good quality in single track CD format to be submitted to the organiser upon request. The CD is non-returnable. Please label the CD: Group name, Dance title & length of music.

All performing group can participate in more than 1 category but repetition is not allowed and it is subject to approval from the organiser. Additional category competition is SGD120 per group.

ONLY completed application forms are accepted. (By email of fax)

Please submit the following by: 31 August 2009 via email

• A brief biography of the Dance Group.
• A brief biography of the Choreographer.
• A reproducible photo of the Dance group (landscape jpg format), not older than two years.

The organiser reserves the right to impose a penalty for any infringement of the “Rules and Regulations”.

The organisers reserve the right not to award any of the prizes should the entries in the judges’ opinion fail to meet the required standards.

The Organiser reserves the right to make necessary amendments to the “Rules and Regulations” without prior notice.

Once entry form is submitted, changes of dance title/type/category etc are not encouraged and subject to approval by the organizer.

The festival office reserves the right to reject applications for artistic or organisational reasons. Any fees paid will only be refunded should the group be rejected.
