21st Century Cultural Development was set up in January 2001, to promote Cultural appreciation in Singapore through organizing international musical and non-musical cultural events / festival.

Objectives:

1.	To promote Art, Music and Culture in Singapore
2.	To inculcate the appreciation for music and art
3.	To promote cultural / musical exchange among Singapore and foreigner during festivals
4.	To provide Singaporeans with a chance to showcase their talents and to interact with foreign talents as well.

Our Founder: Steven Goh Kok Boon

My main intention of setting up 21st Century Cultural Arts Development is to connect the world through means of creating opportunities for all people, and to raise the level of arts and musical appreciation.

For years, I have been working as a music professional as well as music producer for countless albums in both Singapore and overseas. Through these years, I have established a broad network of people dealing with music and arts.

To date, it has taken me more than 20 years to accumulate my acquaintances and friends in the arts circle, and I hope that the others can meet these wonderful professionals without having to spend that many years like I did.

Life is short, and it has always been a dream of mine to bring these people together to interact with each other and that gave me the idea of organizing festivals. I definitely feel that it is truly meaningful for everyone to discuss and exchange their views in the facet, and to make acquaintances through the events put together by us.
