Total tour fare:
S$399 per participant (Twin sharing) / S$518 per participant (Single Room)

Tour fare includes:

1)	Registration fees
2)	Transportation by VIP coach (40 seaters)
3)	4N accommodation at the First World Hotel (Superior Room).
4)	Meals (4 Breakfast, 3 Lunch, 4 Dinner) - Dinner only on 15/12/03 and breakfast only on 19/12/03.
5)	Usage of seminar rooms (allocated by the organiser) at Genting International Convention Centre (GICC) for duration of stay at Genting (15/12/03 - 18/12/03).
6)	Travel insurance of S$10,000 and medical benefits of S$500 per person.

Tour fare excludes:

1)	All tipping and personal expenses.

Remarks:

1)	Groups with less than 38 participants may have to merge with other groups for transportation purposes.
2)	Please ensure that international passports are valid for at least 6 months prior to departure.

Payment terms and cancellation charges:

Full payment of S$399 / S$518 to be collected upon confirmation of participation in this event. Cheque payable to: ACE 99 Cultural Pte Ltd

In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply: · S$100 will be forfeited if cancellation is made after confirmation of participation. Under no circumstances can this amount be refunded. · If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the festival, additional charge of 25% of the total cost will apply. · If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the festival, additional charge of 50% of the total cost will apply · If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the festival, there will be no refund.
