of local piece, followed by the performance of chosen

Adjudication

The adjudicators will judge the performance of
both pieces according to the following major categories |

The total points scored (max. 500 points) will
be divided equally by 5 and be expressed in 2 decimal
points. |

Allowance

Deduction of 5% on overall score should

On
Stage & Percussion Instruments :
You are allowed to move percussion instruments on stage
to suit your seating plan (subject to 20 minutes stage
presence) EXCEPT the following:
- Timpani
- Chimes
- Drum set
- Marimba

Bands are only allowed on stage after permission
given by Stage Manager. |
| 2. |
There will be NO assistance to bringing up of
percussion instruments to stage. |
| 3. |
There will be provision of 50 foldable music stands
& 1 conductor stand. Please bring extra if required. |
| 4. |
Piano will not be provided. |
| 5. |
All electronic keyboards & musical equipments
are allowed. Example, Synthesizer, Amplifier, Electric
Guitar, etc. |
Reporting
Procedures :
| 1. |
Teacher will report at least 5 minutes before
your scheduled time at Reception located at Basement.
(Near Biz Centre) |

Band will proceed to Tuning Room No. X at Level
1. |
| 3. |
Band will proceed to Holding Room No. X. (Strictly
no playing of musical instruments in this Room) |
| 4. |
Band will proceed back stage once cued by Stage
Manager. |
