Organized by...
For the past 4 years, 21CCAD has been vigorously promoting and encouraging
cultural exchange through organizing music festivals and international
competitions. With Cultural Exchange In Osaka 2006—a
school exchange programme designed for all students from musical and
non-musical groups alike—we hope to inculcate in our youths,
an enthusiasm for understanding and appreciating foreign cultures
through a first-hand experience.
